Doula, Doula Program Coordinator, Doula Supervisor

Doula Supervisor

My journey into birth work began in 2020, during my pregnancy with my son at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, I experienced firsthand the gaps in individualized care within traditional hospital settings. This ultimately led me to choose a birth center, where I had the empowering experience of achieving my dream birth with the support of a midwife at a birth center. That experience transformed the way I viewed maternal care and ignited a deep passion within me.

After my son’s birth, I found myself naturally encouraging friends and family to explore more holistic approaches to pregnancy and birth. I began supporting loved ones through their own journeys—often attending their births and helping guide them through unmedicated experiences. These moments further confirmed my calling. When I later gave birth to my daughter—also unmedicated at a birth center—it further solidified my place in the maternal health space and deepened my commitment to this work.

As both a doula and a doula program coordinator, my goal is to help foster safer, healthier, and more empowering birth experiences—especially for women of color who are often underserved in maternal healthcare. I am passionate about ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported through truly individualized care. I strive to provide education around pregnancy and labor while empowering mothers to make informed decisions that are best for themselves and their babies—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I look forward to working with you and helping you find the perfect doula for you.
