ABOUT THIS CLASS

Join us for an hour-long yoga class focused on breath and movement – build strength, stability and increase flexibility while cultivating more awareness and connection to your body. This is an all levels class, for every body and experience level. 

BENEFITS OF YOGA FOR PREGNANCY

Yoga during pregnancy can:

  • Reduce depression, stress and anxiety.
  • Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth (and beyond)

Yoga during postpartum can:

  • Support reconnection with your body and your breath after childbirth

TIME, DATES AND LOCATION OF CLASS

This class will be taught on Zoom. Pre-registration 24-hours in advance of class is requested.  Please contact Estevan.Valdes@motherbabysupport.net to join the next class. 

FEES & PAYMENT

 Suggested donation is $10.00-20.00 per session. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.   Your fee is a donation to Happy Mama Healthy Baby Alliance; a non-profit organization.

I am a Yogi, Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki practitioner, world traveler, and seeker of WHOLE-istic truth. I am a DONA trained Birth Doula and was certified as a Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Educator with Happy Mama Healthy Baby Alliance and I am one of the  Birth and Postpartum Doulas on the Happy Mama Healthy Baby Community Doula team.

As a DONA trained postpartum doula as well as a yoga instructor, my goal is to support families in feeling empowered and full of agency as they adjust and learn their new baby and new selves. I am one of the Postpartum Doulas on the Happy Mama Healthy Baby Community Doula team.
