Eleni Ramphos
Happy Mama Healthy Baby Community Birth Doula
Hello! I’m Eleni — a birth doula committed to supporting women and families through every meaningful transition from pregnancy into early motherhood. I bring a unique blend of care to this role: I completed my Master’s in Global Health Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco, with a focus on postpartum depression in Latina populations. I am currently completing my medical education with a growing emphasis on women’s physical and mental-health care. I also teach yoga, which lends a calming and embodied layer to my support for clients.
In my doula practice I prioritize:
- Attentive and compassionate support during labor, birth, and early postpartum.
- Holistic preparation grounded in evidence-based care: combining physical comfort, mental-emotional awareness, and informed decision-making.
- Multilingual communication (English, Spanish, French, and Greek) and culturally sensitive care for diverse families.
- Collaboration with your entire care team — valuing your voice in your birth story.
I am honored to walk with you through one of life’s most profound experiences. Whether it’s gentle prenatal preparation, prenatal yoga, in-birth support, or postpartum integration, I’m here to be of service to you during this very exciting time.
[Important note: While I’m pursuing a medical career, my work with you as a doula is distinct from any physician role. I do not provide clinical diagnosis, prescribe medication, or act as a doctor during your birth or postpartum period. My purpose here is purely doula support — to be your advocate, partner, guide, and steady presence.]
