Robert L. Lancione, Ph.D. is our VP of Technology, HIPAA Compliance Officer, Webmaster and data analyst and Director of Medi-Cal Services. He received his Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Physical Chemistry from Clark University in Worcester, MA. Robert has extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Informatics, and Healthcare Industries. He was formerly employed by Waters Technologies Corporation, HP (Hewlett-Packard Company), and Agilent Technologies in various technical, sales, marketing and business development roles. Robert’s expertise includes HIPAA compliant information security and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant networked data systems. Robert and has worked with our organization for more than a decade. Originally from Upstate NY, Robert currently lives in sunny San Diego, CA.
